Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Kuromis VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. Please review the terms before use. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text or create derivative versions of the App or related marks. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans or fees and will notify users through appropriate channels. You are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting may reduce system security and prevent normal app operation.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you may also be bound by those partners' respective terms of service.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the service cannot be used because of device arrears, data limits, weak signal or carrier issues, the Service Provider is not responsible for those conditions. When used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge data fees. Roaming fees outside your country of origin are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, service interruption caused by battery depletion, system permissions or third-party platform restrictions is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate routing information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from that data. To ensure compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate service within a reasonable scope.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are found to have been shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
